-the basic handle from the training comment, assuming it refers to basic training

Add that all up and I am gonna go with

14 inch basic Bolo in satin.

Bolo from the bolo toes that Boss wore in 1970's and The Govonor of montana Brian wears in his pics.

Bakers dozen 13+ 1 extra by accident.

Satin from what the White knights wore in the 60's. (Although thwir record cover appears to be black and red, and possibly involve a clown mascot!)
