Not my cup of tea either.
What about this is not California legal? The brass knuckle type guard?

YES, it's the knuckles, and another reason we need to unite. But that is a topic for another day and another place, just not here.
Zach and any of the rest of you boys in Alaska, READ THIS!!!

Now you see the definitions they use, next read the charging statute:

What made it feel better? Your fingers can be closer together and aren't separated by metal? Did you hold the AA with knuckles then punch someone/something? I think if you did, you might like that version better.![]()

Going to have to wait till next year on this one, not because I'm in CA; but I had a Terror Monkey Argonne Assault back when they had the military overrun, "also got the awesome 3B2 at the same Ganzaa", and same thing that RussMo said, the metal between the fingers just doesn't feel right in the hand. If they were closer together like the old WWI knuckle duster, it would be ok, but that far apart just made it feel like you really didnt' have a good grip, and if you stuck something with it, it would actually hurt your fingers. "traded the terror monkey off for a HOFSH and two others" the "ca legal" model I think would be the one to actually use
