What's Next? The 2014 BF Knife Story Continues!

The idea was to make this year's offering affordable to as many as possible. Adding a the cost of a sheath does not lend itself to that goal. If you want a sheath, feel free to buy one as a separate item.
 
I was thinking he meant someone here offering sheaths, that's what I meant when I said, "...that's a lot of sheaths to make". ;)
 
No problem, I did not mean it as part of the knife. I think I want one for this knife that I plan to buy and perhaps others will want to as well. But I am not trying to add anything to this knife purchase.

Separate and as an individual choice. I would like to utilize the skills & experience & so on of our forum members if possible.

Hope I clarified any misposts that I may have made.
 
Please, somebody PM me when the sales thread goes up just in case I'm not paying attention like I should be...

The biggest problem I see is that I haven't worn out last years knife yet.
 
Now you guys have got me all excited. Will this knife be made available for international orders as well? I don't mind paying extra for shipping.
 
Okay, I've got my paypal account loaded, and ready to go. I'm pretty sure I've got it covered, @ $100, right? I don't recall any of the options being over $80-90, so with shipping, I think I'm okay.

Will the price come down, if we have higher numbers?
 
Personally I do not mind it taking longer to get the
ordering process up and running. It gives me more time to save
up my money. Does anyone know how much these will go for?

Somewhere way back in either this thread or the other BF knife thread is a cost estimate, if I recall correctly. Seems like I remember it being around $80 or maybe a little more for a single blade, but I've been wrong before. If I wasn't about to go to bed (I work nights) I'd hunt for it. Save up $150 and it won't be hard to come up with whatever extra is needed to cover the cost of two of them when the time comes. And I'm not getting impatient either. OK, that's kind of untrue, but I am trying hard to be patient.

Trying to keep a savings up for this one but it is hard with so many awesome knives out there. Patience patience...

I remember the single blade being a little under $80. I'm thinking $77 but I also don't feel like searching for it lol.
 
about to burst waiting to order this lol. this will be my first real traditional purchase and probably last knife purchase for a while. only thing worse than waiting to pay for it is going to be the long lead time between paying and receiving it. looking forward so much to having a nice new GEC to carry.
 
Quick question.

I haven't kept up with all the posts regarding the development of this knife, but does anyone know if it will definitely have the 'BF with a circle around it' etching on the blade, as shown on the example earlier in this thread?
