explaining my above^^^ #1 I mean mommy (Scrap Yard) is on the other side of the tracks as daddy (Busse) but even tho built like infi b13... looks like a Scrap yard

Regulator & MOAB are the two models that were bred together

1 "Takes after his mother" means looks like Mother Of All Bowies, same blade shape, built like dad… which is Busse knife made by Dan across the tracks...Scrap Yard Regulator… built with RESC handle.
2 "Better Use Protection" means double guard handle design for protection when thrusting… ;) ;)
3 13"…. blade length identical to that of a tie.
4 "get back to the" BASICS!

Update to my first guess..

2 knives were the War Train Fusion and SYKCO 1311 (different sides of the Train tracks being Busse and Scrap Yard blades.

They spawned the 13asic 13olo!!!!!!!!!!!!

[1] Looks like his mother with 13" blade and Res-C handle. Built like his dad (INFI) !!

[2] Protection is the rubber ;) Res-C handle!!

[3] Nice tie = Bolo tie! Bolo blade!

[4] Where to go? 13ack to 13asics!!!!!!!

13ring it 13ossman!!

P.S not sure why i put things in bold i am just really excited!!! ahahaha

Too many have already guessed the WTF/D guard mating.

That would have been my guess.

1. Mom is SYCKO 1311 (looks), Dad is WTF (built with INFI and train track reference).
2. Protection = Res-C (rubber)
3. Skinny tie = .187" stock
4. Back to BASICS.
