I was so close but so far!!!

Reason i chose the War Train Fusion instead of MOABOLO was cause of the tracks hint...Train Tracks ;)

ah well, next time! I'm just stoked to check out this 13ad 13oy!
 
Finally the 13olo is here.
I'm actually kind of excited for this one.
Hopefully a nice price point for us cheapos!

Maybe I'm too new, but why is there so much excitement over rubber handles? I've never known it to be a hard use long lasting handle material
 
Well, I've never handled (lol) it myself, so I'm probably not the most qualified to speak on it, but I can tell you that it's not actually rubber, it's a material called Resiprene C, or Res C. I guess it's rubber-like, but far tougher. I think there's a page somewhere on the Scrap Yard Knife Co website that explains in better detail what it's all about.

My guess would have swapped out the MOABolo for Aftershock Bolo, but otherwise the same as the winning info. Congrats on the winning guess jsnell!
 
So are we thinking this will be CG INFI, some form of naked INFI, or SR101 ??? I'm hoping for Combat Grade and a Battle Grade version :D:D

Some handle color choices might be nice ? SOS orange, tan, green ?

I have a feeling this is going to be The One that O2W is remembered for, and The Blade to have.

Really really hoping for user friendly pricing and options for INFI and SR-101.
 
Res-C is easily my favorite handle material on bussekin.

comfortable, durable, not as cold as micarta or g10 in winter :)
good stuff

my main question for any of these big blades is how heavy!
