exactly...it was an honest recommendation since i find most people overlook how useful a good machete can be.

I know exactly what you mean, me and a friend of mine have been arguing over practicality of a machete in the local northwestern habitat. I think a machete is an excellent and useful tool its just that I already have a pretty fair variety (Ontario 18 inch, Tramontina 24 inch bush machete, Condor kukri machete, marbles bolo machete and a Tramontina grass sickle).
