What's On The Drawing Board? . . . What Else Should Be?

Overdue is an understatement and my desk is covered with folder prototypes. We are narrowing the lot down as we speak.

We have tested more folders than I care to admit but are still tweaking on our way to an exciting new model.

I took few drinks to get into the right headspace for this thread,

I just wanted to say I imagine the shop might feel a little pressure to make the perfect folder on its 1st (or second) go, but it doesnt need to be. Just give it that unique busse/kin treatment you can iterate as you go. The trough would get bloody fighting for prototypes destined for the scrap bin haha

I wouldn't expect a custom lock type, but id hope for a frame lock or something a little more robust than a liner lock. Just one opinion

Cold Steel 5 Max size folder (or bigger) with a full size Fusion handle, SATIN INFI FBM style blade. Think about it.

A wharniffe with a negative blade angle that can be carried concealed and drawn into a reverse grip. A guy can dream….

Are you planning on producing a Seax to go with it?
You just have to purchase one and then break off the tip (In battle or breaking rocks and poles ( Think Joe X), and then grind it into a Seaux. I really don’t think the Vikings ever designed a Seaux. That was just how they kept a damaged blade in the fight. Good luck with breaking it. LOL.
