What's on your wish list?

F&F on the Case CV Swayback is fantastic. Otherwise, I'm a huge fan of Queen's D2 in Amber Stagbone. Mini trapper, jackknife, if you can rebevel D2 they are fantastic knives with great heat treats.

I already have far too many knives, but if I were to make a wish list it would include a Lanny's Clip made by Tony or Reese Bose or Kerry Hampton. Stag or ivory, with rat tail bolster. I can dream, can't I?

Talking of Tony Bose! A nice Chunky Dogleg Jack in Ebony. That's my dream.

I would love to get a Schrade 80T, from the first year of production, complete with the hinged Old Timer box.

I've been eye balling the folders by Todd Davison....not sure I'll ever get one but If I could wish; I wish for a swayback folder in natural canvas micarta with a badge shield inlay. The hook, he and I could make it together! We could create a new TV show called American slipjoint where a amature helps a pro make a knife!!!!!!!

Hey, we did say wish list.........

I almost bought a yellow medium stockman today at my local tractor supply, but couldn't decide between that one and another medium stockman so I got neither. :grumpy:

Thats not the way you are suppose to do it. When you can't decide, you get both

Still waiting for my Chessnut Mini Trapper in CV
Maybe next will be a Black handled Sodbuster JR.
Or, because Jackknife kindly ordered me :p, a yella Peanut in CV.

Update: I guess my wishlist changed, I've got a Case texas jack on the way now. It's either a brown barnboard in SS, or an amber bone in CV, but I don't know, it's a surprise! :D

0: my old Samual Barlow razor blade barlow back in my hands
1: Queen stockman 4 inch in any wood or bone
2: Case swayback stockman in bone
3: Queen Muskrat in any wood or bone.
4: Mooremaker Moose in Yelller
5: Schatt & Morgan gunstock Stockman in root beer or any bone.
Not necessarily, but limited to this order.

My mind seems to change more then any woman's when she's trying to pick a new pair of shoes:o. Right now I'm wanting another Case Stockman.

First off I'll say I've been bitten by the Case bug after buying my yella sodbuster jr a few weeks ago. I've already got a Case texas jack on the way for Christmas, either in amber bone CV or brown barnboard SS (it's a surprise).

But, I just can't wait 'til Chirstmas to get another knife :p. So I think tomorrow I'm going to go back to my local Tractor Supply and pick up another slippie. Here's the problem, I can't decide which one I want :grumpy:.

The selection isn't very big, so I'm either looking at a harvest orange peanut, an old red pocketworn medium stockman, or maybe a yella medium stockman, but I kinda want to switch up the color a little bit and have a nice variety to choose from.

I use my sodbuster jr for hunting, fishing, and EDC, I'll use the texas jack mostly for EDC and small tasks at the restaurant I work at. A peanut would be nice for occasional EDC, but mostly for at work, church, etc so I don't frighten the sheep :p. And the medium stockman would also be in the EDC rotation, and used at work.

So I'm in need of a nice slippie to keep the bug at bay until Christmas but I'm wondering if I should get the peanut since the stockman and texas jack are about the same size. But that stockman at the store looks 20 times better than the picture, same goes for the peanut.

What do you guys think I should get?

Oh yeah, and both isn't an option right now :D

That peanut really does stand out in the display case, it was the first knife to catch my eye the first time I went in there.

The only traditional knife I'm currently hankerin' for is the GEC melon whittler.
And the new "American Workman" series by Case in blue delrin. I'll have to pick up all of those at some point. The sodbuster will be the first.
