What's that niche tool you can't live without

The rollers are standard Bader small wheels, and can be swapped out pretty quickly with a hex wrench. I think the available sizes are from 1/2" to 1-1/4" or larger, in 1/8" increments. Jantz Supply has them, I'd think Pop would have them, too. Might want to give him a call, as he'd probably be able to order the double billy roll, too.

I would have to say my surface grinding attachment from Travis Wuertz. A definite game changer for me. Gets things flat and square with relative ease!
 
Polishing stones. I just couldn't keep things crisp enough with sanding blocks & paper, but when I got some small Bester sharpening stones, and got variously shaped EDM rods from Congress tools, there was a dramatic improvement in the crispness of my grind lines.
