Kershaw compound. Serrated or plain edge. I think I paid 16 bucks. Cheap, but doesn't look feel or perform cheap. This has been a really good (won't say great. It's only 16 bucks) and I have been very happy with it. Love the blade shape too.

Mine was convexed by customer knifemaker Ban Tang, but even stock they're great. I have more expensive folders but this makes it into the rotation all the time.

You've got to look at Victorinox Cadet Alox. Covers the knife, the fingernail picking, and bottle and can opening as well as light prying. If you could only afford one...

Kershaw Oso Sweet. Got mine for $19.99 locally. Hard to beat that knife for that price.
