Whats the best EDC for $25 or under?

My best (<$25) that I have owned to date is the Kabar Dozier folding hunter. It has a 3" AUS8 steel blade, thumbstud, and solid lock. It is made in Taiwan. I really like this knife.

Lycosa, there seems to be a lot of people who want a pretty good knife for <$25. Mine actually cost that +sales tax, but I bought it in person at the knife place named after some mountains in TN/NC. You can do a bit better, but I don't regret buying it even though it cost me an extra $5 since I could fondle it in the store. That's worth something.

I have a love affair with tough, overbuilt knives. The Ontario Utilitac II has become one of my favorite knives, even though it costs less than half of my next cheapest knife.
