I'll take the 20" Chainpuri shown on page 2 of Howard's Khukuri FAQ's. Matter of fact I did and just hefted it. But a 20 Sirupati or an 18" Hanuman/WW2 special or the Bura 16.5 WW2, or an 18th Century , or an M43...

Oh Fiddlesticks, better give me one of each ( and a spare of course for all of them ).

As I keep saying over and over, my 22" Kobra by Bura is very well balanced, light, and feels like it has enough mass to lop off an arm without effort. Now, imagine a 20" Kobra....even faster than my 22".

I agree with Uncle Bill...Kobra first, then all other khukuris :)

When I recieved my 20" Kobra, my first kuk, I got it out of the box and was throughly astonished at the type of craftsmanship involved. Then the next thing through my mind was that I was going to have to buy another. Ahh, yes, sweet sweet memories, and the lifestyle of haveing extra cash soon ended. ;) :D :D

Just help the wife find another part-time job, and buy the kids a lawnmower and send them out into the neighborhood.....soon, you will have money for "enough" Khuks and an occasional meal :p
