Making a hunter out of some random Damascus over Blue #2 from HHH Knives. Im sending to Peters while Im on vacation. What is the hardness that will be good for a hunter than I should put on the sheet? I know Blue 2 is great at 61-62 but Im wondering if 60 would be better for a hunter r if I should just got for 61-62. Don't want it to be to chippy. Just wondering your guys thoughts? Thanks guys.
