What's the best hunting knife?

These folks make some good knives- hand-made, high carbon, concave ground and differentially tempered blades with a lifetime guarantee. They make your knife when you order it. Kinda ugly too, IMO, but good blades, good cutting, easy sharpening, best value by miles, just keep it oiled.
