hey i got a response, this was the e-mail i sent them:
<< Hello I placed a order almost 2 weeks ago Invoice number: 91551. I e-mailed you a few days after asking if it had shipped and if anything was backordered. You gave no response, I need the parts ASAP. This kind of treatment is not acceptable. How can you run a business without telling the customers what is going on when they ask? You have had over a week to respond to my e-mail. I need the parts and can not wait for a company that doesn't respond to e-mail. If I receive no confirmation from you by tomorrow night I am going to take my business elsewhere, I would even rather order from Botach, they are bad but at least they will respond to e-mail. If a receive no response I am also going to log complaint against your company on a few internet forums as well as
http://www.resellerratings.com/ And hopefully will stop others from making the same mistake as me and assuming you were a respectable company.
This was the response:
Nathan slow down a bit here. I never received your other emails or you know I
would have responded. We value our reputation and you know that we have a
good one. We did not earn that reputation by not responding to inquiries. We
are busy and sometimes it takes us a few days but we do respond. I am not at
the shop at the moment as I have been at a trade show. I will be returning
today and when I do I will look up your order and give you the
information/status re your order.
And here is my response to that:
Hmmm, ok, I will give you a chance, there are some people over at bladeforums.com though that seem to be less than satisfied with your service which is why I wrote the e-mail as it was worded, I did some research on your reputation first. And I did e-mail you and have attached a dated copy of that e-mail to this one it was dated 7 days ago. I also e-mail you a question about surefire lights/accesories 2 weeks ago that was never answered(dated copy also attached to this e-mail) but I got the info I needed from another source and now I know what I need to order and I ordered it. Which brings me back to my original question, Did my order ship? If not what is not in stock and how long will it take to ship? I need the stuff prior to my camping/hunting trip in 2-3 weeks, either last week of November or first weekend of December. This is why I need to know the status so I can order from someone who has it in stock. Thank you and I hope this will work out.

I will let you all know what comes of it, im just glad i keep full e-mail records, comes in handy at times like this, i have every e-mail from the last 5 years saved
