What's the first clipper that comes to mind with no thumb stud?

A few months ago it was between the Domino or Southard, and I went with the Southard. I'm completely happy with but that Domino has always stayed on my list. Which version do you have? The one that most interests me is the bento box blue version

Unfortunately i dont have a Domino. The 2 flippers i have are assisted, a Cryo and a Thermite. No experience with manual flippers. Honestly not much of a flipper fan. I train MBC, and knives with opening gimmicks like large studs, waves, and flippers cause me fumbling issues under duress at speed. They interfere with a simple gross motor skill draw into an inertial opening. I've even cut my thumb trying to deploy my Thermite with the thumb studs, to avoid shifting my grip to use the flipper. The assist shot the blade out ahead of my thumb, which then slid along the nicely opened edge as i finished the flick. Dammit.

So ya, flippers are cool, but i personally prefer the consistency and simplicity of a simple manual with a small stud or hole.

Full disclosure, it's just a 777M390BLK. I'm not sure we could part ways, it fits in so well with the rest of the ZT family!

Yeah, I understand. I have four of them. :)

The CRKT Eros and Swindle are a couple of oft-neglected gems. The first that comes to mind, however, is my ZT0770CF - it's not particularly flashy, but it's light, flips great de-assisted, and cuts well, which merits it quite a bit of pocket time. My new ZT0450 may be joining it soon in that regard.

The only flipper I have, a Jake Hoback Midtech Kwaiback pimped by Randy Johnson from SolosKnifeReviews
