What's the most bang-for-buck EDC folder?

This is a silly question, since there are many great folders made by many great brands in many great models. So I'll try to narrow down my specs:

1. It must be reasonably sized (not huge) and have a pocket clip.
2. It must be easy to find one without paying out the nose or getting on a waiting list.
3. It can't have an Americanized "tanto" tip.
4. It must be easy to open, easy to clean, sharp as the devil and tough as hell.

I was thinking of the Fallkniven PXL, but the thumbstud is tiny and looks very uncomfortable and difficult to operate if the opening mechanism wasn't always clean and well-oiled. I was also thinking of the Chris Reeve Sebenza, but they are pricey and there are a lot of equally pricey folders out there that might be better options.

Suggestions, links, and of course pics will all help. Thank you!

Not trying to be a smart ass, but what do you mean by reasonable size? WHat would you like 3-3.5 in. or about what?
Also as TKC asked what are you looking to spend?
What is its purpose? general edc?

My favorite knife is the Spyderco Native, right now. Under 40 bucks, S30V, fits very well in the hand...

Then again, I've never had a Sebenza.

For about the same price or less as the Fallkniven PXL you can buy a Blade-Tech Rijbak. It meets your stated specifications and has a great pedigree i.e. both Blade-Tech and Greg Lightfoot. It is easy to open and easy to maintain in the field.

Benchmade Griptilian, Spyderco Tenacious, Spyderco Native S30V. The two spydie's can be had for under $50. The Grip around $65.

I have all three and I like the Grip the best. Mine is a D2 and olive from Cabela's (Mel Pardue drop point). The others are both very good EDC's as well.

My two favorites are the Kershaw Black out Spyderco Endura. This said, size wise the Delica might work better for you.

Check out Browning's Icestorm.VG-10 blade & it's made by Mcusta....approx.$30-$40
