Whats the most expensive knife you carry

For the last three and half years I carried a Benchmade 710... cost me $106 and change.

Since Saturday, I'm carrying my new Paramilitary. It was $137.

I don't have a problem carrying an expensive (and those two aren't expensive by some people's definition... they are to me though) knife. I don't lose things, and it's awfully hard to steal a knife out of someone's pocket. At the same time I don't have a problem carrying an inexpensive knife. My other EDC is a Vic Soldier that cost all of $18.

I carry these:
$500
$400
$350
$120

I have seen guys carry alot more expensive then this though. I know a guy that carries a W.D. Pease art type knife. It goes for around $2000

Can't stand the "straight" dip, tastes like its been watered down with Coke.

Here's one of my carry loads.

The switchblade cost me $900. I guess that's the most expensive knife I carry. I can't spend that much on a knife and not use it. My Rolex has nice scratches too.

Emerson CQC-8.

It was a gift but I figure $170 maybe

My Glock with Ameriglo night sights and a Streamlight weaponlight would cost close to $700 to replace with new.

I have been carrying these two Buck's alot as of late.

As well as this one while I'm on the road or around town,(Detroit).

And every now and then when I am at the cottage I stuff my ER Shrapnel in my pocket.

I have several other more expensive knives, but the ones mentioned actually get carried. :D

That pistol reminds of my wife's dad's S&W model 41. The wiskey looks challenging as well

I still need to get a Buck/Mayo :(

That would be one knife I wouldn't wave. A blowtorch ano on the Ti sounds kinda nice.

BM 615 Mini Rukus, it's not my most expensive knife but it's the most expensive that I EDC.

I don't have any truly expensive knives yet--customs, or anything of that level.

Currently carrying the Spyderco Leaf storm. Paid about $165.00, worth every penny and then some.

I drooled over Kevin Wilkins' version of the Leafstorm for some time before that!

Probably my Umnumzaan, but any of the guns I carry are far more expensive than any knife I own.

i carry my emerson custom CQC13 all the time, value would be around $1000 or so,

really the only other 2 that get any pocket time would be my spyderco Ti ATR or my emerson CQC12, either one of which would run over $200 or so, those Ti ATR's are hard to come by nowadays, same with the '12.

15 yrs ago my edc was a spyderco delica CE (which i still have!), which while being a great knife was quite a bit cheaper lol, this place has cost me some $$$!

Oh as for me it's the Spyde Milli Digi Cammo w/ Black blade. $140.
I own a number of more expensive knives but only by $10 to $20.
So this is a a top tier for me.

Even though this knife's blade is off center by a bit I'm not upset.
That's personal growth for me.

Carry or use? I've belt sheath carried knives and had another clipped in my pocket for real use. Just when I'm out a few miles in the woods I like to have a user and a large fresh blade. I'm just comfortable with that arrangement. Pocket clipped knives can be pulled out by branches as you walk by. (doesn't happen often but you never know)This way I always have a sharp blade with me, even if my cheaper user is lost.
