What's the next offering on BC.com - after ASH1?

First time posting in the Busse forum, but have been lurking for quite a while.

I would just like to add my voice for the Busse folder. Hope it isn't too far in the future. It would be cool to see the folder go head-to-head with a Sebenza I think.

kitchen knives: 10" chefs knife, 8" chefs knife, 6" utility. satin/ "DC" blade with paper micarta scales. for all my gastronomical deanimation skills. these will be my most used knives if ever offered.

I'll second that, my wife would even be onboard for that one. She said so... really... :D
