if you post valid feedback
and its then deleted with no explanation
what is the point of having feedback here?

I certainly understand that if it was not valid it should be removed
but then it should also be explained why it was removed.

somebody here is covering for a member and I'd like to know why my feed back was removed
when it was negative only covered the parts of the transaction that had issues
yet the entire thread has been deleted
why is that?
then again I expect this one will be as well with again no explanation why
 
One other note, it also helps to read the headings of the forums that members post in, to avoid mistakes. This place is huge and there is certainly no shortage of places to post. But think of the work it takes to keep this place organized so that members like you can find what you are looking for. Now to answer your question, the point of feedback serves as a talley of experiences based on a specific individual. Wen plac in the corct location, it is very easy to find and becomes an extremely useful tool for the community when they make decisions.
