What's the straigh scoop about Camillus?

I don't know anything about what really happened but poor management is almost always the cause of the failure of an established company. It's such a shame. They made some really great knives. The Darrel Ralph series (amazing stuff), the incredible Bob Terzuola CQB's, Beckers, the military knives. The list goes on. They were a major player in the cutlery industry. It's a great loss for everyone interested in knives. I just guess in time we shall see if they come back and in what fashion, if at all. Thanks for all the info.
