nobody knows a fair price for the aluminum handled first made civilian? I know of one that was bought a good while back like 10 years ago maybe. the person that owns it says i can get it for what they paid. 160, I think its worth it? being they aren't made any longer. I've seen them on e bay for 400 but I don't know if anyone really bought those or not.

Are you looking for plain edge or serrated?
Original MSRP on those was over $200 I think, so for one in new condition, well, you're probably using that as a jumping off point. On Ebay you never know where it'll end up, but I wouldn't doubt at all that someone paid $400 for one at some point.

I got it and a nib starmate. for 300, as he needed the money for xmas and isn't into keeping up with the value. I probably will keep them but i'm in college so I may need to put them on the exchange later. Not planning on it.
