I meet a recruiter at an Army ROTC office, he told me a story about a guy he knew that he said he could lock up in a padded room with an 8 lb cannon ball and come back a few hours later to find that he had either eaten it, broke it, or lost it, he never told me the guy was from Germany.
Could you re-phrase that in English? I'd accept German as well, BTW.

I went down to Carson-Newman college and talked to the Army ROTC recruiter, while we were exploring the campus he told me a story of a guy he knew. He said, "I couldn't lock him in a padded room with an 8lb cannon ball, after a few hours he would have either broken it, lost it, or eaten it." 
I guess when I'm sleep deprived I can't type to save my life. I have taken a few years of spanish, I would offer to translate it in that, but I'm afraid all I can recall is "Donde es el bano"
