What's Too Big for Office Carry?

Get one of these: Spyderco Calypso Jr. w/frn handle. http://www.1sks.com/images/spyderco/SC-52SBK.jpg The VG-10 blade is just under 3" long, and the gold spyder on the black clip finishes off a suit very nicely. Oh, and get the plain edge one. Also, they can be had for a reasonable amount of money[if it gets lost, you're not out hundreds of $'s], they're built to Spyderco standards, and they're just plain neat! :D

I have two Calypso Sr.'s [~5.25" closed], a plain and a serr., and they go great with a suit; the micarta, especially, looks real snappy. Also, the clip is positioned high on the handle, so the knife sits very deep in the pocket, so it's almost unnoticeable. I don't have one of the jr.'s yet, but I plan on getting one shortly. I'll probably stick it in my shirt pocket, clipped right next to my pen, like I frequently do with my Calypso seniors. This keeps it easily accessible all the time, and is pretty unnoticeable with a pen or two next to it.

Some twenty years ago as the only male in an office of a dozen women, the office manager called me in and asked if I had a knife on me. I said no, and she turned to her #2 and asked "What good is a man without a knife?"
 
One more reason I'm glad I'm a fireman.We butcher our deer in the truck bay and clean our guns at the kitchen table.:p Knives, hell they give us axes.They expect us to supply are own knives.
