yes, it is.
Now I am talking way back when I say that I don't remember SHBM's being BB'd, I do remember Satin, but maybe they were one and the same or the level of satin finish looked more like BB. In any case, I do see Walkingmans point. It is so easy to BB a blade and call it factory since most older SHSH's and SHBM's were devoid of Busse insignia.

But as long as the person selling it states that it came that way, then that is all that matters and if you plan to use it, it doesn't even matter.
