Whats up with kershaw customer servive

I bought an onion ricochet and used it lightly for 4 days and it started to sound like a piece of junk. It was making a awful rattling noise. So I send it back and get it
back and it sounds twice as bad. So I call cust service and the gals like oh they are supposed to sound that way. I said no way
your gonna fix it or send me a knew one. She tried to make it sound like it was me and not the knife. I can already tell their cust service is a joke. Anyone else had problems
with kershaw?

I've heard this before. They don't seem to do anything about it. Maybe you should conact Ken Onion and ask his opinion of the situation. Perhaps he will be able to help...afterall it is his name on the knife too.

For what it's worth, I've had only good dealings with Kershaw customer service. I sent back a Ricochet with a minor cosmedtic problem. The service was fast and courteous. This Kershaw is one of the best production knives I've ever seen. Fit and finish is excellent. The knife is practically flawless.
