All of the Busse ladies have a personality to match their beauty; they are always fun to be around at Blade!;):thumbup:
 
Always in Atlanta.;) Folks come from as far away as Australia, Germany, Denmark, and even Missouri!!!:eek:.....:D
 
Alas I am poor..but perhaps some day when money isn't so tight...or if I didn't buy any knives 1 year..who am I kidding I couldn't go a year lol
 
I used to feel the same way, so I know where you're coming from. But once I made my first trip to Blade I was hooked; the knives are only part of the draw. Meeting so many great people is where it's REALLY at!;)
 
There are those who DO, and those that woulda, coulda, shoulda.;) Be one of the first instead of one of the second.:cool:

Second day of Basic we were assigned an M16 and were supposed to memorize the serial number. Next day, we all went out to formation in the morning and they had the racks of M16’s all stacked up right off of the area where we formed up. They started calling off serial numbers, and when they called your number you were supposed to sound off with My Weapon Drill Sergeant and haul ass up to get it. After about 10 minutes, they called a serial number and no one called out. I was looking around wondering who the idiot was who forgot his serial number. Drill Sergeant called the serial number 4 or 5 times and was pissed as hell, so he grabs it by the barrel and tosses it straight up in the air and it tumbles end over end and comes down and lands barrel first and sinks about 10 inches straight into the ground. As soon as he threw it, I suddenly realized THAT’S MY SERIAL NUMBER.

I ended up doing mountain climber and pushups after that so long I could barely move. I got KP for a week, and was on every Drill Sergeants shit list for quite a while. That was the worst week or two of my life in Basic. Good news for everyone else, it took a LOT of the heat off of them.

We gotta make a thread about basic, :D but where to put it is the question, Those who spent time at Jackson need not reply though :D, I've heard the Drill Sergeants there let you have fat cake every meal, Redbulls , and that they even let the recruits try on their hats....:D

Shoot the DIs couldn't even get used to the new rule about not being allowed to punch or kick us during basic.
Unfortunately(for him) we had to "remind" one.
