Haha just yankin yea I have no idea what the list means. My guess is theres a list for all those whimps, marshmellows and jammtarts that go email crazy and expect everything to happen exactly how they want when they want.

Again just my guess but im sure just like any company they gotta put up with dumb people from time to time
 
This thread needs to be trashed as I find the title somewhat disrespectful. I just hung up the phone with Lexi and that girl is working her butt off and was practically gasping for air while taking my credit card number. I think I'm gonna start a new thread titled "Whoo Hoo! Thank you! Lexi!".

Seriously though, when you a buy a product from a company with a relatively small staff that sells extremely popular products to a group of demanding people like the folks here on BF you need to realize that you are not placing an online order with an automated system and that there is a real person and not a machine that makes the product and processes the order and your expectation of response time can't be automatic either. Keep it real-

I think everyone's tongue has been firmly implanted in their cheek throughout this thread. If anyone at the Busse compound was offended I imagine they would let us know.
 
Rumor has it that on Thursdays there is a Mani-Pedi truck that goes by the shop and the guys have standing appointments and the ladies have to wait till the guys are done before they get theirs mani-pedis done. All comes with free hotdogs.
 
Thanks Ohiojerry. I wasn't looking for correction from you on your part but I would assume Busse follows the rule of "the customer is always right" in which case I doubt someone there would make a big deal about this whether it was offensive or not as its not a big deal either way. I just don't think it adds much to this forum when we are all supporters of the brand to start a thread with the intention of busting someones chops who is obviously busy and not sitting with their feet propped up as you said earlier in thread Mr. Ohiojerry:D whether joking or not.

I guess I'm just mr. sensitive today so I beggin your pardon sir.
