What's your # 2 knife brand if CRK is #1

I don't like Strider and Hinderer because of the choil. Can't understand having such a large handle and big knife when the cutting surface is so short.

That is why I like Sebenzas and Shirigorov.

Spyderco. If I am not carrying a CRK I surely have a Spydie in my pocket. I see a trend, lots of people choosing Spydie after CRK! I wonder what the connection is.

I realize this is old, but if people are going to breathe new life into it...

Survive! Knives. I've been following Guy @ S!K since 2013. Very cool company, very hard use fixed blades. Hard to get.

Fällkniven, Morakniv, Strømeng, Enzo and Victorinox. Guess CRK is the only american knifebrand I like, never thought of that before! Ok, maybe some traditional american slipjoints will find my way in the future.

Oh yeah! I also like benchmade, I'd love a new version G10 mini grip...

My knife collection goes back over 40 years. I have Al Mar, Kershaw, Spyderco, Buck, ZT, Benchmade, Gerber (pre-Fisker), Case, CRKT, SAK, and some customs. Right now CRK is my #1. To many knives take a rotation though my pocket otherwise.

BENCHMADE for me. Probably tied for first right now. I really gravitate to a few of my BM's and they occupy my pocket quite often.
Spyderco and ZT are second and third in no particular order. Spyderco designs just don't grab me very often for some reason. And ZT's are a little too heavy and wide. Have a ZT 808 on my list to try as a slim version ZT.
GEC is working it's way up fast as well. Working my way up the traditional ladder slowly.

Les George or Hinderer. But the caveat to Hinderer is I have to get Hinderers reground by Josh @ Razor Edge Knives so they actually cut well. :p

Top knife companies for me are like most others posting here. Hinderer, Spyderco and ZT.

I still have a ton of other knives I'd love to try out, but it's hard to stray from companies that I know and love.

I have three crk's on the wish list.

This is a must for me when i pick up my next Hinderer. He does awesome work.

It's a toss up between Zero Tolerance and Benchmade.

Fixed blade - Busse. And I have more of them than CRK. Because of the huge variety of offerings that are available. Not sure anyone really knows how many (just standard, not customs), Bussekin models have been released. And you can spend lot's o' money there. Believe me. Folder would be Hinderer.
