Whats your best sounding slippie?Walkin' and talkin'

I don't have any expensive knives either Doug.

Yes, I guess there are some instances when expense doesn't necessarily equate with "quality". Case, Buck, Victorinox seem to be a few examples IMO.

I have a Queen #41 Cooperhead in Maple.
It is soft enough to pinch open the blade.
But the springs are stronger on the opening and closing, so the walk and talk is music!!

I was talking to my Hebrew speaking 13 year daughter explaining about the term "Walk and Talk"

Ah daddy, that is because that is sound of the opening and closing the knife.
Walk!
Talk!

Well navihawk, it's fun to let 'em snap but I don't really do it with more treasured knives...you never know....

My GEC Scout doesn't make a lot of noise when shutting but don't be lazy with your finger when shutting it from half stop or you will be a finger or tip less in a nano second, real brute!

I know what you mean willgoy. I have a NYK whittler I treat like a lady anong a few other oldies. It does have a nice sound to it though.
