Great pic, Wasatch! The AD-10 rocks in that picture. I've been contemplating a 4 Max Elite, after seeing Jimislash's vid on the new 'big-one'. Still, $425 bucks is a bit-rich for me. So, I'll bid my time with the ones I currently have:

How do you like the texture on the handle? I have a few of the older smooth handled versions and they've always felt fine to me.

I'm fine with it. It'll wear down over time just like the rough g-10. The area under the pocket clip needs to be smoothed out of course..

This one arrived a couple days back. This knife fits my hands perfectly! Great ergonomic feel. I’ve been searching for that gray 4Max Scout, hard to find!
