Today I was sporting the alox Farmer and the RR Improved Muskrat. Just for the heck of it, I had the RR Big Boy trapper on my belt, something I almost never do. And then I lost track of the Case peanut I got for a super price on clearance at a big box store last week. I assume it will turn up.
well, my supposed utility knife on rotation during the four-day holy week vacation was the GEC 54 big jack but it never left my bag. during the time i had to cut twine, paper, cut dead twigs and leaves, trim the wax off the edges of big candles (why do they come with tiny wicks that burn right through the wax?) the military did it all.
I carried my blackwash d2 leek. It doesnt shine, so when i pulled it out at the dinner table in front of the family to cut lamb, ham, chicken, and roast beef nobody even noticed. Although the gentleman to my right looked at the butter knife the restaurant supplied him with to cut his food in frustration when he saw how happy I was with my cutting tool of the day.
My easter knife was a 2002 microtech frankentech. It a UT comprised of parts from a few donor knives to create one working knife. Those early UT's are my faves.
