What's your EDC for different scenerios. I have a few different EDC's. I only have a picture of one, as i don't feel like taking a ton of pictures but i'll list them out. Just wondering how you adapt your EDC to your day. (IMO, it's not so much an EDC to me but a situation carry). You'll see some changes in what i carry, but it's very similar. I guess i don't have an EDC in the general term, but i like to think of it as one.

Fishing

-Leatherman Wave (B.O.) with clip
-iPhone 4S in O.D. Lifeproof
-Saddleback Leather medium bifold wallet
-Olympus Tough TG-820 in Lowepro case
-Streamlight Stylus Pro
-Black Orient Mako with a NATO strap
-Keys

Daily

-Keys
-Carbon Fiber Large Sebenza 21
-iPhone 4S in O.D. Lifeproof
-Saddleback Leather medium bifold wallet
-Olympus Tough TG-820 in Lowepro case
-Olight i6 Paladin
-Black Orient Mako with a NATO strap
-Victorinox Huntsman Lite

Hiking

-Keys (usually)
-Leatherman Wave (B.O.) with clip
-ESEE 4 in Venom Green/Orange or JK Handmade knives custom fixed blade
-iPhone 4S in O.D. Lifeproof
-Saddleback Leather medium bifold wallet
-Olympus Tough TG-820 in Lowepro case
-Surefire 6PX Pro
-Black Orient Mako with a NATO strap

And just around the house if i'm not planning on going anywhere i'll carry my watch, sebby 21 or wave depending on what i'm doing around here, iphone and the stylus pro.

I don't have many to choose from, and so far the primary carry privileges go to the blade I either like the best or will make my co-workers most uncomfortable (freak them out) when I take it out... Usually, those two coincide, and lately it's exclusively my Nieto Navaja- a truly beautiful knife, but when opened does not shy away from the fact that it's in (romanticised) matter of fact a brigand's knife. As for tasks they may be subjected to, I think most of them would do just fine so don't discriminate either way- a Navaja might do as well in outdoorsy environment (fishing & similar), and tactical-ish folder will do just fine in an office environment- if something needs be cut, either will probably do (and I'll do my best not to use either as prybar or somesuch). BTW, knives are the only part of my EDC...

Daily EDC:
S&W Shield 9mm or M&P .40 (When not at work as it's against the law)
in a Foxx Hybrid Holster w/ 5-11 TDU Belt.
Spyderco Delica 4 FFG in Grey
Keys w/ Spyderco Ladybug in Foliage Green
Mini Griptilian 556 in Black (When I can't decide on which blade to Carry)
Leatherman Wingman
Streamlight Stylus Pro
Samsung Galaxy Nexus in belt pouch
Pen
Pic soon to follow

It's pretty much the same every day. Occasionally I'll add a Spydie Military for around town and I'll throw an Izzy 2 in my pocket for hikes and camping. But for the most part it's:

Smart phone
Exotac firesteel
Fox 40 whistle
SAK Farmer
Bandana*
Small length of paracord*
Wallet with bandaids and a firestraw for tinder
Sunwayman M10A

*I may end up not carrying these anymore. I'm on the fence as they're useful but never used. If that makes sense.

My regular EDC set-up looks something like this:

My outdoorsy EDC set-up looks like this:

My Izula 2 and SAK combo can pretty much handle everything I need on a typical outdoor event (but if I plan to do a little fishing, I'll take a proper fillet knife as well.) If I felt I needed a large bush knife, I'd add my BK-9--but honestly, it sees mostly landscaping duty.

This is an older pic of my work EDC. The knife varies from week to week, but the other items have remained mostly the same.

SOG Crosscut (soon uprgrading to a Leatherman Juice)
Generic wallet w/ bandaids and alcohol pads
WATCHMEN pin (varies between 6 different types)
Benchmade 556 Mini Griptilian
Corvette Zippo
LG Optimus Slider
Keys and Erwin the LEGO stormtrooper...long live the Empire!

Not pictured:
Orange box cutter
Generic pen
Bathroom keys

Keys
Leatherman Micra/Victorinox Rally on keychain for the various tools
Primary knife: rotation for now is ka-bar dozier, kershaw cryo, rough rider canoe
Watch
Smartphone: it's a multi-tool in my hands not some device to waste time playing angry birds, I've fixed cars, internet connections, etc using this thing (BTW look into an OBD II scanner for your smartphone if your car supports it, I picked up the bluetooth connector for $20, easily some of the best money I've spent.)
"Wallet": money wrapped around cards with a rubber band wrapped around it, small and low profile and you always have a rubber band if you really need one

Pretty much always the same, knife and gun are the only things that rotate, and that goes by what I feel like that day more than for a specific task or need.

Aaahhhhhhhh that Cartier Roadster is gorgeous.

For me it rotates between two watches, four knives and a lone leatherman juice that is always in my left front pocket.

I haven't found a pocket mt that even comes close to the juice, and I'm fairly sure I've tried them all.

Ya know, i often wonder if i made a mistake with my sebenza. When i originally was interested in buying a reeve, i was going to go with the umnumzaan. What deterred me was the use of loctite. I needed loctite on my production knives, and didn't want to deal with it in a high end. I also didn't like that you needed a special tool for the pivot. I liked the look and the size and stock of the umnumzaan, but decided against it. Then it was down to the 21. Large or small? Having looked at reviews (no CR anything in my area, so all i had was internet), i saw it was too small for my hands and what i would use it for. So large it was. Blade shape. It was 50/50 insingo or regular. I liked the insingo because 99% of what i do with the knife the blade shape would work for me, but so would a regular blade. The bonus with the regular blade was picking out slivers, doing fine work like getting under threads and cutting them, pin holes in bags and such, etc. So i went with that blade design. So then it was down to handles. I like the look of the all titanium and i would have liked how it looked, but it was probably going to be a 1 time knife buy (i know, i need multiple CR knives, but i'm poor!). I liked the wood inlays, but didn't know how long they would last nor how much thicker they would make the handle. So i saw a CF large 21 on knifeart and made the purchase. I now wish i went with an insingo custom graphic, but i do love my knife. Oh well!
