I think it's the Victorinox Popular. I didn't know about this model until I saw yours and searched for it on Smartknives.com. It looks great with those ribbed alox scales.

"Light and simple"? For me it's the Waiter. I wouldn't choose this one for an outing deep in the woods (saw, scissors, awl are "required"), but for all around in a city environment, pretty hard to beat IMHO. A tight package for 1.2 oz total, 3/8" thick
