What's your Favorite Benchmade?

That would have to be my new 520 Presidio. The blade is so useful for my intended use. I slice up my Shitake mushrooms for my omeletes in the morning and it does nice clean slices like my Henkel Four Star series Chef Knife. When it's at work with me, it takes care of everything from envelopes to thick cardboard boxes, plastic zip ties and thick rope. And at the end of the day when she's all dirty and needs cleaning, she's still a beautiful sight to behold. It's lines are just right! :D

Yeah... I really love my 520 Presidio. A while ago I got an 813 on clearance as a sort of "throwaway" knife. Boy was I wrong! I ended up carrying it more and more because it was so comfortable and the blade shape was near perfect... Then I fell in love with the build quality and lockup strength.

This was an older Gin-1 liner lock... and I just had to get another but with a blade closer to 4". I couldn't afford a new 806 with Axis, and the Stryker was within my grasp. With titanium liners it was just fine, and I love that too...

Those guys know their business, eh?

I've carried my Benchmade 9100SBT since acquiring it from an Army friend while deployed to Uzbekistan in 2002. It goes everywhere with me and has been in my flight suit pocket for over 100 combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.

been EDCing a 710 for awhile. I just ordered a 635. However my favorite would be the BM42 simply because I like flipping balis.

Though I don't own one, I've liked the 806D2 ever since I saw a photo of it "waved". I do plan on buying one soon.

806D2-The Real User

I don't have one, but if still in production (in maybe a year or two) it will replace my 722.

Absolute favorite is my from the factory but one of a kind Ares - 730CFS30V. :D

Runners up are my 940CFD2 and 770D2 (aka 770GRN/BLK). For breast pocket workjacket outdoor work my 750 Pinnacle framelock still gets a lot of love, and a lot of work. I love my 983 - the old Barry Woods swinglock - but as a two hand opener, it'll always be a cool dress pants beauty rather than an EDC.

140, 145, 520, 55x, 705, 710, 720, 73x, 750, 813, 814, 885, 905...

Ooops - what was the question?

Sorry, can't choose only one, love them all

My only Benchmade is a Griptillian. I like the mechanism and the ergonomics, but the aesthics and handle material are nothing to brag about. So searching around the online knife shops, I nominate this as my favorite Benchmade, the Model 690 in Bubinga:
