Clip points, and curved skinners. Persians and reverse curves. Curved blades are functional and beautiful.
Only if you sharpen with a stone. If you use a strop or ceramic rods to sharpen your blades, these profiles are no more difficult to sharpen than the straightest edge.but they're a b*tch to sharpen
