What's your favorite blade style?

If you could see my Case Collection & other SwayBack Jack & Gent Knives you would know who likes the Wharncliffe Blade as I have a ""FEW"" of them and rotate 2 of them & the rest are Safe Queens.! Sweet Blades ~~ are there any other Blades out there.??
lol

I prefer the clip point blade. I find with a straight blade like a wharncliffe or a sheepsfoot I end up using the very tip of the blade. With my sharpening skills being lacking I also manage to round the tip on every sheepsfoot that I have owned.

It's a tie between drop point and reverse modified tanto; drop points are more practical, but I've never seen a reverse modified tanto I didn't like. Persian blade shapes are my least favorite...I find no use for them.

For folders, spear point. Drop point for fixed blades. I feel these shapes offer best combination of belly and tip, while normally also having a decent amount of straight-ish blade.

I also like some of the "utility" all-purpose blade shapes like the AG Russell One-Hand-Knife, and even the "modified sheepsfoot" on some of the Benchmades.

I could live with a clip point, but not if it's upswept too much.

In short, anything but wharncliffe / sheepsfoot. :p

Wharncliffe is my favorite followed closely by the drop. I almost always have one of each on me.
