What's your favorite color case peanut?

can i ask you where you bought the chestnut bone?
 
I don't have any of the SS Peanuts, so my colors choices are limited, but here's what I have in order of preference:

Chestnut > Red > Amber

I do have a Stag Peanut in Damascus, but I got lucky on the Stag and it is my favorite. Case Stag can be hit or miss.

I'm partial to this one. I'm not sure what Case calls this particular green.
 
My first was a Chestnut/Cv. I bought my wife an Autumn Bone/SS, and I really liked the way it looked. Lately though, I've been chicken-eyeing a Peanut in Stag.Or maybe Winterbottom Sunset Orange....Oh heck, I see where this is leading.....
 
Although my Chestnut CV has better fit and maybe looks nicer, I am pretty partial to my Yellow CV.
We've been through a lot together ;)

I own a few Case stag knives. I don’t carry them anymore.

Stag should announce that it is stag.
 
I only own one and I've never used it (a bit small for my tastes); a 1990 version, made with Brown Delrin handles. OH

I've been looking at Peanuts lately, having become intrigued by them as such a sweet little companion. These pics have me ready to run out and buy one. Is there a certain "line" or Case Peanuts that are better finished or fitted than others or are they all the same just different scales? For example Pertinux posted a photo of that blue one with "Select" stamped into the bolster - is this a Premium version perhaps? Thanks!

I'm partial to Red Bone, but the Yellow catches my eye too.

Case Select is supposedly a slightly higher quality line. You can read about it at Case's web site: http://www.wrcase.com/special_programs/case_xx_select/

The previous Case Select products which I think came out in 2011 were in Winterbottom Jigged Moss Green Bone. The new ones coming out this year are in Brick Red Winterbottom. They can be hard to find, but contact a Case Dealer directly if you are interested.

Must be talking about the Peanut P has. That is an outstanding looking peanut.
