Well, since Busse doesn't offer the straight-handled models anymore, I guess I will get an E model, if I can get the money together. So, I've heard several people say that the NO is their favorite, and I wanted to find out which model people like the best. And money is not really much of a factor, but is one. So, what do you guys think? What's your favorite E?

I think I would have to say the Steel Heart E is my favorite. It isn't really big enough to be obtrusive, unless you're in an urban type environment. However, it is big enought to take care of just about anything

A perfect compromise if you are going to have only 1. IMHO, it's also very light and quick in the hand. Just in case you need to fend off something other than a tree, building, etc.
I also see a Badger E in my future, it seems to be an excellent size for a "day trip" or any situation where you would be in the, aforementioned, urban environment.

My SH E.
I honestly feel that if I had the survival skills/knowledge, I could be dropped off naked, anywhere on earth, with only my SH E.
The SH E is truly a "suppose you had only 1 knife to take with you into the woods" type of knife.

The BM-e. For situations where cutting power is needed, it suits me fine. It doesn't feel real large to though and I wish it was bigger. I wouldn't change much about it except e handle...I would kinda like a old bm too.
I haven't used the e handle on it extensively to say whether it is a must but definetly go with the BM-e...it will serve you well...just don't wear it in town unless you have a real good concealment sheath.
