Wow a favourite folder thread!

Well, I think it never hurts to bring one of these up every month or so, as most of us do get NEW knives and they ride the wave as the Favourite till the next one!

My favourite....right now and it might well stay that way...is the WhiteWing Warlock, simply beautiful and wickedly sharp, with Mammoth Ivory scales and CMP3V blade, I may have found THE knife? for a blade with a curve tip, can't have just ONE favourite can I? is still the reigning champ for me, the Wood Inlay Small Sebenza with Box Elderwood. Tough to beat!

Sweet knives there Gary. So that's the WhiteWing you're holding onto !

Yep. Another Your Favorite thread. I always welcome them as we all get to gather around and pull out our knives. It's always changin'.

My favorite folder right now is the Bladeforums RED/BLACK REKAT Carnivore. Ireally love that thing, but it is too large to carry everyday. My favorite carry knife is a drop point REKAT PioneerII. This is a great little knife.

Double post. Sorry Damn Computer.

I have 2 favorites I have been carrying lately.

Darrel Ralph large Apogee (4.25")
Al Mar Sere 2000.

I have many, and my Sebenza Zulu trio in Gary Graley sheaths I keep going back to in my rotation of carry, but the Sere 2000 is my latest buy for carry, and love the VG-10 blade, and knife stoutness. But also love the Apogee for its 420-V blade.
But for this week

those 2 are my favs.

Tough question.

Out of the 4:
Large Sebenza
Military
Krestrel
Al Mar SERE 2000

I guess my favorite folder is my Large Sebenza...however on a daily basis I carry my MT Krestrel since it is so cool looking and locks up great and is small. I am also falling for my new Al Mar SERE 2000. And who can beat the Military?

Heck, I'll just carry all 4!!!!

I have been carrying a plain edge Spyderco Endura in ATS 55 steel. It gets me by. Before that a serrated edge old style Endura. I have never decided what is my favorite folder mostly because if I did, I would feel compelled to buy it, and I am a frugal spender. When this one wears out--or I lose it--I'll look for something with a harder steel.

Of what I use
Large Spyderco Calypso with plain edge. Only thing that I miss in this folder is toy-factor. It is so well thought out tool that it doesn't encourage playing with it.

Of what I own
Plain edged Civilian - The coolest shape

Spyderco Native. Somehow it almost always
slips into the pocket, even if I have
more expensive folders to choose from. I think it's the blade shape that attracts me (spear point).
Nowadays, I also carry a Spyderco Merlin, for
"velociraptor impressions"...

Dress: BM 940 Osborne
Casual Dress: Small Wegner
Casual Casual: Large Plain Sebenza

However, my favoriet, of my knives is the old (early 80's vintage) Buck 110 that I got handed down to me. 440C, sctarched and bruised but many a memory of camping trips, deer hunts and general excersions and adventures outdoors. The 110 is special and mine, especially so.

Sebenza--smoothest, sharpest, strongest.
