John, EVERYBODY knows that the peanut butter goes on one slice of bread and the jelly on the other. Then you smash them together without dropping any jelly.

This is such an important topoic I forced me to come out of lurk mode.

The best knife to make a PB & J and for many other kitchen tasks is the Hattori SG135.

Esp. if you have to remove the crusts. :}
