This is kinda narrow minded, i guess...but what's your favorite Cold Steel knife, and what other production ones would you reommend to a Boy Scout? The rest of my collection includes a CS Scimitar, a Master Tanto, an X2 Voyager, a 3-inch Voyager, a Twistmaster, and a Peacekeeper. Is there some other knife that I'm missing to perform a specific task? Thanks for all your help.:)

A CS Gurkha or LTC Kukri is one for your collection for the heavier tasks. For the Boy Scout a SAK, a Leatherman Juice and a CS Mini Bushman would be a nice combination to have around the campfire.

Matador-

Favorite would be the "Japan" Recon 1 folder, and the original Trailmaster, and of course the Shinobu.

Since thy are manufactured by Camillus, Cold Steel's blades in Carbon V (0170-6) are often jugded favorable even by those who don't care much for Cold Steel.

A Master Hunter, a Recon Scout or a Trailmaker in Carbon V would be obvious choices for outdoor use.

my favorite by far is the TrueFlight thrower. It's a 10" long, 3/16" thick drop-point carbon V full-tang knife for $20. Buy three, in case you break one and lose another one. Just an idea.
