That's an old fashioned tactical style. The truly tactical blade has a blood red handle and a little speaker inside that roars when you squeeze it!

If, by "tactical" you mean black with a lot of pointy bits sticking out and writing on the blade - which I think you do... Then nobody does that better than the good folks over at Dark Ops Knives, in my opinion.

Their masterpiece is their Interceptor 911 E&E...

Though, another "school" of thought is that the ultimate in "tactical" skips the pointy bits and goes for the "blunt trauma" approach...

And the masters of that is Extrema Ratio....here is their Rao...

It needs jimping everywhere too, and a blood groove for maximum tacticool effectiveness, oh and duracoat it in "Urban Camouflage", to blend in at the mall for secret stealth missions.
