What's your most bizarre/unique knife.

Mine would probably be a SOG seal revolver.
Second would be the Spyderco Meerkat.

I don't get what's bizarre about the french-made Au Lion 1918 Trench Knife. I mean, it was standard issue for da' U.S. boyz in the trenches.

Razels. Nothing else like them anywhere.

Uh, definately. Big 10-4 on that one.
And those Razels are bizarre in a utilitarian way, and for utilitarian reasons. They aren't just wierd for the sake of wierd. My CRKT Ringed Razel is about the most useful knife I own.

And a handmade oddball from the Phillipines. My granddad brought it back from the Pacific Theater. He told me he traded an old man a pair of American pants for it.

Sweet old Talibon you've got there!

Here's mine:

That's really interesting. Do you know who made it?

What is the brand?

Parker Push Dagger, Parker Cutlery Co., 1980's, IIRC. The blade locks in both positions - push dagger & standard lock back. I know that the Parker-Imai knives had a number on back of the blade tang, but I'm not sure about the Parker Cutlery Co. knives. This one kind of looks like a Parker-Imai, but the tang only says Parker Cutlery Co. I've seen them with abolone and MOP scales too.

I saw one of these in the 80's, and I'd have given anything to get one. My dad bought me another Parker instead.

thx - cpr

(ps - Brendog: is there a number on the back?)

Warren Thomas/Terry Guinn Karambit-song. Cannot think of anything else quite like it.

I agree, Warren Thomas makes some odd lookin' knives. I was just checking out the new Ti Rhino Knife that True North Knives just got in recently. That's a weird looking one as well.

My vote for number one though has to go to the Hawks' E.T. I own one and it is the strangest thing-a-ma-jig I've ever seen with a blade...........but I love it!!

My Benchmark Rolox is a different design, the blade pushes out from the handle and is unlocked like a normal lock back.

My CRKT Kommer Fulcrom is another odd operating knife...

Same principle: CAS Hanwei Citizen Knife.

I don't have much odd knives. Onlyone I can really classify odd/unique is Chad los Banos Carambit design with tanto edge

I have an old multi bladed folder, but it's got a glass cutter on it. I'll post pictures when I dig it up, it's really neat.

Spyderco Captain, I have 2 of them and while it looks really unusual, it feels like an improved straight razor in hand.

Daniel, how tight is the lockup on the Citizen? I have their Guandong folder with what looks like the same lock, and it's pretty good.
