What's Your Most Carried CRK & Why?

Hey guys,

I was wondering - what's your most carried CRK?

The knife that spends the most time in my pocket is the Small Insingo. I recently obtained the Micarta version and find myself carrying the plain jane or Micarta almost everyday. It truly is the perfect EDC knife for my needs. The size, weight, blade design, and steel all make it a winner. I wear XL gloves as well and I don't find the size to be an issue.
 
For me it's large serrated… have a Ladder Damascus Regular, and a classic large SV30 Serrated,,, I've carried the Insingo, Umnum, Ti, etc, but….. lg Serrated is my first choice….Bart
 
I carry a plain Small Sebenza 21 everyday! I have smalls with graphics, micarta and wood inlays, but the minimalist plain titanium version suits me best for daily carry. I love this knife!!!!
 
I can't do just one, so I rotate the LH zaan, LH 21 and the 25.
That's the least I can get away with, some days I also carry a small along with the large.
Why, out of all the knives I have, any one of my CRK's is the best all around knife I have ever owned.
 
My most carried is my Large 21 w/ polished blade, as that is my only one (for now). It is a phenomenal EDC, and I had to go with a staple/classic for my first!
 
I carry a few, but I carry a BG-42 Large plain Regular the most.
Why ? For me, it's the best folder ever made. I've never had(or seen/held) a folder I like as much as the large Regulars.
 
25 is my most carried. For me, it's just the right size and the right ergonomics. Then again, I am fickle and I do really like the Insingo blade shape so I could switch again almost any day.

It's my first CRK, a plain 25. I babied it until it got some snail trails on it one day, and in that period I had acquired 5 more CRKs.

So it became a slight user until I bought a micarta 25 a month or so ago, which is now babied and the regular 25 is now a user in my EDC.

Kinda like it better this way, now I use my 25 like it was supposed to be used. For whatever, whenever.
 
My EDC outside of work, an office environment, is my circa 2010 double stud S30V plain edge micarta small Sebenza 21.

I am still trying to carry my 2004 S30V African Blackwood Mnandi at work but can't quite get myself to do it. I'm still treating it like a safe queen.... :grumpy:
 
One of my small Sebenzas. Either a Regular or Tanto. Because they are just the right size!
 
I'm always surprised by the number of forumites that carry smalls. I've always had larges, and Um's, but have a small on the way to see how the other 1/2 (2/3??!!) lives!
 
It was my Cocobolo Mnandi for size and convenience, and now it's my UG Small Sebenza for sentimental reasons.

Out of all the CRK that I have and have owned, several have been carried more than others. The fixed blade that has been carried the most is my Shadow III. It was my first CRK, so I have had it the longest. I carry it every hunting season and use it often during my yearly treks.

As for folders, my Large Regular NCIS sebenza has been carried tons, along with my Sebenza 25, Umnumzaan, and some CGG models. Out of them all though, I would say my Large Regular In God We Trust has been carried the most. I know the moniker refers to $$ of the US Dollar......but for me, it always had a completely different and special meaning. I was going through a very difficult time in my life with a divorce and moving several times......seeing and using it daily always kept my faith in God alive and well, even on the worst days. May sound corny to some, but for me, it was a Godsend..........I am still in touch with the gentleman that sold it to me and have shared this with him many times. Great Guy....!!!
 
Large tanto micarta for me. Was my first. It's just so solid, and the tanto is one if my favorite blades. Just a perfect edc.
