For me Umnumzaan because it is the only CRK I own. I m still having trouble opening it though.
 
Sable III, because I'm fortunate enough to spend a lot of time in the outdoors and the size and blade profile is perfect for my needs. I have several one piece and I lament their passing but greatful I get to use the ones I have.
 
Small regular Sebenza in BG 42. Very smooth with an early lock up. EDC it's comfortable and will handle most everything I need a knife for.
 
Large snakewood inlay sebbie 21. Smooth sharp and feels like a precision instrument. Small inlay sebbie 21 in pocket sheath when wearing slacks or suit. And yes, they go well with a Rolex or Panerai, or even a cheap digital if that is important.
Always with me, even if carry others like fixed blade when working outdoors.
Sold my original 10 years ago, bounced around with different folding edc, glad to be back to the sebbies.
Easier to use with my arthritis than the axis lock.
 
Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber. Because the weight to utility ratio is absolutely amazing!
