I have a camillus arclite cuda that I kinda like. I'd like it a lot more if it was the plain edge instead of serrated. I used to lace it up in my boot rather than around my neck. I just ordered a BK14 and await it's arrival.

i've got big hands, so the real small 'official' neck knives end up being 2-finger grip for me and not workable/comfortable.

I am carrying around this neck knife by Daniel Winkler, i have been using this one a lot, the sheath it comes whit offers a lot of mounting options and it comes with a chain to hang it from your neck.
 
Craig Wheatly custom necker, Izula or Remora; all depends on my mood that day and my dress. Since I started EDCing a fixed blade I don't always carry it around my neck though, usually horizontal on belt.

I love neck knives, rarely carry anything else.
 
This Ecos Knives custom. Usually carry it in my pocket but sometimes I wear it around my neck with some black paracord.
