this winter hasent been too bad so i was luckey enough to get the bike out a bit more this year. i have what used to be a 2001 honda shadow ACE 750. i chopped it all up and turned it into a kinda bobber its getting a new paint job at the moment so ive had my eyes on something new for next season. the 2011 honda CBR 1000rr. kind of a jump for a guy who only had a small cruiser but i love the CBR i think i have to have one. anybody eles ride? id love to see some pics of the bikes out there.

Hey Beef ! I've been thinking about building a bobber myself one day. I sold a nice old 1966 Slab Side Harley in the fall that I had planned on completely restoring , but when it's nice I'd rather be riding :D . Here's my ride

Probably not this summer , but the next summer I'll most likely be riding by the Busse shop there on my way to Sturgis . :victorious: Oh , by the way , you did a great job on sharpening my Basic 6 I bought :thumbup: Thanks !

i would LOVE to go to sturgis. but im afraid they would kill my honda and chase me out of town. ive heard stories ha ha.
 
SENGVIN, would just about sell my soul for that right now. i love the HRC colors too!
 
i dont think they did the red white and blue HRC for 2011 ive only seen it in black/red ,black and repsol edition
 
Old CBR F3. Haven't ridden it in a while. The new crap gas likes to gum up the carbs....no matter how you store it. The new 1000RR is sick.
 
i wish they would have steped up the 2012 a little more. i like the 2011 body more that the 2012. the only thing im worried about with the cbr is size im 6'3 and its one of the smaller frames out there. but its just sooo good lookin. my brother has a 2010 triumph speed tripple that fits me pretty well and its beautiful. but it just doesent have the top end like the jap bikes do. honda claims 186 mph for the 2011 and im planning on a few mods so i can take it to speed week in bonneville and try for the 200 mph club.
 
yea the new s1000r is all the talk right now. bmw kinda came outta nowhere and blew everybody away. its an impressive bike thats for sure. but not a pretty as the honda in my eyes.
 
My usual work car is a 2010 Silver Jeep Liberty, but my fun ride/nice drive is...a new 2011 HD FatBoy in yellow pearl.
