Here are three knives / hatchets that I recently received as part of an inheritance.

I don't know much about them. They have a logo MM / HW on them. EDIT (They are Mineral Mountain Hatchet Works) I also have 10+ Gränsfors Bruks axes / hatchets. They all are sharp enough to shave with.

It's a bastardized, monster-sized version of the taiaha, a Maori weapon that excelled in smashin' and jabbin' folk with. Seasoned maple, fire-hardened along the "blade" and on the "tongue", it's about as long as I am tall. I figure it would put some distance between me and any hungry ghouls. Cost me nothing, too... minus many hours of carving and a nasty cut on my thumb.

Its a plate carrier, the plates can be removed for more mobility.
