Thanks Jack, yes, I was a bit smitten with this one when I opened her up from the package! I really like the slightly bulbous shape to the butt of this example...quite comfy to use and fondle...
 
Wow, that's a very cool pattern. I was thinking just the other day that a clip and a sheepsfoot together on a barlow frame would be a heck of a nice knife to use. Throw in a little swayback on the handle? Pure gravy!

Very, very nice knife Jack!!!

I personally love brass and walnut. The yellow sheen combined with the close grain of the wood go together like fish and chips. Wood and brass was a winning mixture in the famed Buck 110 folding hunter. It looks good in company with each other.

I'm in the love the brass set myself...poor man's gold so to speak...That is a truly lovely piece that your girlfriend got for you Jack! Best thing about em is if they get muckey lookin', a bit o polish and their as good as new ta tha eye ;)
